Luqis Enterprises’ The Tuppers Hand Retractor Set is a universal hand holder and retractor system designed to securely fix the hand and forearm in the required position during hand surgery and microsurgical procedures. The slotted hand table allows retraction in multiple directions, while elevated chain holders provide upward retraction for improved surgical access. The set uses ball chains with skin and tendon hooks to stabilize the hand and lower arm, allowing the surgeon to work with an unobstructed operative field, including procedures performed under a microscope. It is supplied with a dedicated container for organized storage and handling. A standard configuration includes 1 hand table, 2 elevated chain holders, 2 chain holder hooks, ball chains with skin hooks, arm and wrist fixation chains, 4 tendon hooks, 4 sliding hooks, and a set of rubber bands. The commonly listed ball chains are 21 cm, 26 cm, and 32 cm, with tendon hooks measuring 5 mm wide.
