Luqis Enterprises’ Cottle Columella Forceps is a precision surgical instrument designed for controlled columella manipulation, positioning, and tissue handling during rhinoplasty and endonasal procedures. It features wide fenestrated jaws that provide a stable grip and help distribute pressure across delicate tissue. An adjustable thumb screw allows controlled jaw positioning and self-retaining functionality during surgery. Common patterns are approximately 11 cm (4¼”–4⅜”) long, with jaw widths available around 11–14 mm, depending on the pattern. The ergonomic serrated handles provide excellent control and help prevent slipping during delicate nasal procedures.
