Product description
Luqis Enterprises’ Putterman Gladstone Transmarginal Clamp is a specialized ophthalmic and oculoplastic surgical instrument designed to facilitate the transmarginal rotation procedure for the treatment of cicatricial entropion. The clamp stabilizes the eyelid, helping improve the accuracy of externally placed skin-muscle incisions and internally placed tarsal-conjunctival incisions while reducing the chance of injury to the marginal artery. It is also useful during the Cutler-Beard procedure for reconstruction of upper eyelid defects and in selected mid-lower eyelid tarsoconjunctival flap-skin graft procedures for cicatricial lower lid retraction. The instrument is designed for precise handling during delicate eyelid and reconstructive surgery.
